The general steps for China visa services – Hong Kong application consist of the following steps:
a) Eligibility Check
Once a case is submitted to our China visa agency in Hong Kong, our China visa consultants will assess the client’s China visa services application and provide the best-fit solution regarding the client’s background, visa history, and purpose of visit to China.
Provide a checklist of documents and gather documents electronically from the client on the required documents about the type of China visa to be applied for.
b) Engagement and quotation
Our China visa consultants will prepare the service package, and an engagement letter will be provided to the client for consideration and confirmation. Our China visa consultants will advise the client to amend the provided documents, comment on the filled visa application form, and suggest if additional documents are required.
c) Submit documents and Fingerprint collection
Original Passport copy will be collected from the client by one of our China visa agent Hong Kong.
By Chinese laws and regulations and common international practice, fingerprints of all China visa applicants must be collected in person at the Chinese Embassy, Consulates, or China Visa Application Service Centers.
All Visa applicants must submit the application documents and have their fingerprints collected in person at the Chinese Embassy, Consultates, or China Visa Application Service Centers after their appointment after filling in the online electronic application forms.
Fingerprint collection does not apply to applicants holding the same passports whose fingerprints have been collected at the same Chinese Embassy, Consultates, and China Visa Application Service Centers. d) Approval and Visa pickup
Once all the required documents are ready, our China visa agents will submit the visa application to the China Visa Application Services Center for approval.
Provided that the approval process is smooth, the China Visa Application Service Center will approve a typical submission within 3-4 business days.
When the case is approved, our China visa application services consultants will inform the client that the visa label and copies of the original submitted document are ready for pickup.
